INDEPENDENCE EXPLORATION TO SINTOK LAKE

SOG ONLINE: The Civic and Welfare Club of School of Government (SOG), UUM COLGIS has organisedthe “Jelajah Merdeka Tasik Sintok” (Independence Exploration to Sintok Lake) programme, which was a walking while waving the Jalur Gemilang activity, from UUM COLGIS to Sintok Hidden Lake on August 09, 2018.

The programme was attended by more than 40 staff comprising of academic and administrative staff, was not only aimed at strengthening the feeling of friendship amongst staff, but also providing them with the awareness of safeguarding the environment as well as staying fit through walking activities. Since the event was conducted in conjunction with the Independence month, the participants took the opportunity to wave the Jalur Gemilang as an act of love and affection for their beloved country.The early morning rain could not break the spirit of the staff to carry out the programme. The programme that was accompanied by Assoc.Prof. Dr. Zaheruddin Othman, the Dean of SOG began at 9.00 am and ended at 12.30 pm.
